Please get in touch with us if you have any comments/support requirement. You can email us at our support mail ID, raise tickets online on HRWorks or contact our helpdesk number.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your employee ID and company name in your email. Any email sent to the support mail ID gets automatically converted into a helpdesk ticket on HRWorks.
As soon as you log into HRWorks, you can raise a ticket online by clicking on the "Helpdesk" tab. Once you click "Helpdesk," you can raise a query under the "Create Ticket" option, which is a sub-menu under "Helpdesk".
We request you to make a note of the ticket number which is displayed after your press the "Submit" button. Our support staff will get in touch with you with a resolution.
